How To Activate Your Existing Account
If you are already registered with Kent Homechoice, you will need to activate your existing account.
To do this you will need to select Create An Account
You will then need to select the Council Partner that you are already registered with followed by your first name and your family name or surname which will need to be typed in the same format as your application.
You will then need to type the email address that you use for your account. You can then create a new password.
A verification email will be sent to you which you must click on and you will then be able to access your new Kent Homechoice portal account.
